Notice of Change on Registration Name

 

    We change the registration name recently, as described below:

    Our full name in Chinese changes from “人和光伏科技有限公司”,to “浙江人和光伏科技有限公司”;Our full name in English changes from “Renhe Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd.”,to “Zhejiang Renhe Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd.”;

    Through consultation,

    We start to use new name and new stamp from Sep.10th,2012 on;We start to use new name to run the payments and receivables from Sep.10th,2012 on.

    It is noted that we still keep “Renhesolar” as our company brand name,and “ZJRH” as our product brand name
